McHolland Services, LLC Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
 

1. Customers have 30 days in which a return can be made.

2. Any product deemed faulty or defective can be exchanged or returned.

3. Any product that is not faulty or defective can be returned but will be subject to the following stipulations:

   • All returns require authorization via email or phone call

   • The condition of the purchase must be the same as at the time of the purchase

   • It must not be damaged

   • Original packaging must be intact

   • The item(s) will be subject to a restocking fee

   • The customer will pay return shipping fees

4. After 30 days past the purchase date or if any of the return conditions have not been satisfied, McHolland Services, LLC shall not accept a return and no money will be refunded.
